I bring more than 20 years of Human Resources experience, and a genuine passion for helping organizations and people thrive. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to partner with executives, managers, and employees to navigate complex people challenges, strengthen workplace practices, develop leaders, and create environments where people can do their best work.
My experience spans nonprofit, human services, healthcare, manufacturing, housing, and other workplace environments. That variety has given me a broad perspective on the challenges organizations face and reinforced something I believe deeply: there is rarely a one-size-fits-all HR solution.
My approach to HR is both strategic and practical. I believe effective HR should help organizations address today's challenges while also strengthening the systems, practices, and leadership capabilities that can prevent tomorrow's problems. For me, HR isn't about creating processes for the sake of process. It's about helping organizations make thoughtful people decisions that support their employees, their leaders, and their goals.
When I work with a client, I start by listening. I ask questions, seek to understand the organization behind the issue, and work alongside leaders to develop solutions that make sense for their people, culture, resources, and goals.
Ultimately, I want my clients to feel that they have a trusted HR partner in their corner, someone they can call when the situation is complicated, the decision isn't obvious, or they simply need an experienced perspective to help determine the best way forward.
